Your smart phone is full of apps, or applications, including games? :) Smart phone makes it easy to do things from the comfort of your own bed in the morning. I use my phone as an alarm clock too, and often check e-mail and news site before dragging mayself out of bed in the morning. I love to check my favorite news sites and media blogs before starting my day. But if you spend more than two hours a day using digital devices for other that work-or school related reasons, you're got a potential addiction problem. In fact, to be honest, I have my own digital issue too. I suffer from e-mail anxiety. Especially, my smart phone-'text message'! :( It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the flood of e-mail we received everyday. I have tremendous feelings of guilt about replying to e-mails late, the disorganized state of my in-boxes and the thousands of massages that I've received but still haven't read. I was a lot of fun, but I shudder to think of how much more productive I could have been if I'd used the time more wisely. It's so easy to get caught up in these things... (斎)
